Our Story
MDSimon LTD. is the successor firm to Roe & Simon LLC. Originally formed in 2015, Roe & Simon LLC was a law practice with two partners, Adrian N. Roe and Michael D. Simon. Roe & Simon distinguished itself in a short time, and successfully handled many complicated and challenging cases. Michael is continuing the practice after Adrian left the firm to pursue his dream as an Immigration Judge.
The firm will continue to take cases of all types and will continue its tradition to provide the best advocacy for its clients.

Meet Michael Simon
Michael is a member of Roe & Simon LLC, which is now known as MDSimon LTD. He has an extensive litigation practice that centers on employment issues, real estate, and real property law as well as commercial and business disputes. He practices before the federal and state courts both here in Pennsylvania and elsewhere. He has been appointed as a judge, arbitrator as well as a mediator in various courts both here and in California, and has a significant degree of ‘hands on’ experience with all types of alternative dispute resolution. He has handled jury trials as well as bench trials through verdict in both courts of law and equity and a very broad array of court hearings of all types, in civil and criminal court before administrative tribunals. He has handled all phases of trial and its preparation and has deep experience in conducting appropriate discovery and taking as well as defending depositions in both state and federal proceedings.
